Following on from our last post about Agency collaboration, I'd like to share something from an agency that takes collaboration to a whole different level.
If you want to collaborate well, you've got to be open and honest.
Square2Marketing are exemplars at this. While they make a point of doing the whole job themselves, and not collaborating on a client project with other agencies, they certainly share how they do everything so other agencies can learn from them. No secret sauce or dark arts here.
They even have an 'agencies2inbound' offer where they train people to develop the same success, using their own experience.
Taking a collaborative approach with clients and other partners requires a level of openness that's uncomfortable to traditionally competitive agencies, but it's the only way to drive long term success.
